Dr. Thomas Palmer - Oregon Foot Clinic vandalizing elderly, disabled neighbors' vehicles

This is our maniac neighbor Tom Palmer (aka PeeWee). Spent a half hour kicking rocks and dust on our other neighbors vehicles because I guess nobody is supposed to park in the county road right-of-way. They were having some work done on their driveway as I recall and parked there to be out of the way. Can you believe this freak calls himself a doctor? Are podiatrists really doctors though? About like a farrier is a veterinarian, right? I sure have lost a lot of respect for the medical community due to this POS! Thank your lucky stars if you don't know this whack-job little runt.
