Case Shiller Slows & Foreclosure Filings Grow (Up 67 % Year Over Year). For the first time in many months, the Case-Shiller Home Price Index actually "decelerated" ever so slightly. As a result you will see a number of articles questioning whether this is a sign of bigger things in the future. The Housing market also experienced a surge in Foreclosure filings for Q3 2021, which is a direct result of the Foreclosure Moratorium being lifted at the end of July.
