Info from Licensor: "An elderly man fell from the platform track 17 at Penn Station with his bicycle. A train conductor immediately ran to the aid of the injured customer. MTA Police Officers assisted the aided as well. He was able to walk away and was escorted by police officers for medical evaluation."
