Can you fit a Star Wars X-Wing in a Star Trek Constitution Class Enterprise?

SothManigan on Twitter once inquired about fitting an X-Wing (officially 12.5 meters long) into the shuttlebay of the Constitution Class Enterprise. Here we have comparisons of this with both the A-type and B-type Constitution (sorry, the X-Wing S-foils are locked in attack position). It looks to me like either would produce a fit, even with S-foils unlocked, but it's a bit tight.

I created none of these models, only scaled them . . . all were obtained via the Google / Trimble SketchUp 3-D Warehouse and are used with a nod toward fair use for research and educational purposes, with the video itself licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International.
