Who here has heard of that anime “Flint the Time Detective”? Not to sound like a hipster, but I’m not sure very many of you would know what it is.

Well, point being that the villainess of the story, Petra Fina Dagmar, is a character that has more in common with my own character Velicia than any other villainess I’ve covered so far in the Velicia cosplay series.
