Ingredients:

1 cup of warm water
3 tbsp katyk or kefir
1 egg
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
4.5 cups flour

Filling:
0.5 kg of potatoes
1 onion
pepper, salt, turmeric to taste
vegetable oil for frying
