The designer of China’s social credit system, say he’s encouraged that the whole world is gradually moving towards adopting his system of control.

He says one of the main benefits of a social credit system is to provide an ‘early warning’ of people who question or resist government orders, and enable law enforcement to take ‘appropriate’ measures to ‘deal‘ with them
