A MANDATE is not a Law. You are not being paid to do it; a mandate is Pro-Bono. It only attains recognition as a MANDATE WHEN you agree to do it. A mandate is NOT an order. A MANDATE is a REQUEST.

Just say no. There is nothing that can happen to you. A mandate is a REQUEST that you undertake something on behalf of someone else, and usually for free. There is no compulsory requirement to comply with something that is a mandate. That is the Law. That is also what you are not being told, that you have free will to refuse, because you are NOT being paid to do it, and you have no legal entitlement to recompense if you comply with a mandate.
