Laser Level Proves Basement Is Sinking-Home Inspection

In this video, home inspector Troy Galloway uses a laser transit level to show that the basement foundation wall in a home is dropping. This is the type of mistake that can’t be fixed by simply jacking up the concrete floor. Unfortunately the contractor that built the house has moved away and can no longer be reached.
