Sister Deidre Byrne is known as Sister Dede. She is a Doctor, a Colonel in the US Army Reserve and probably best known for being thrust into national prominence by her defense of life at the RNC. NO! It was CERTAINLY NOT political. This was not Republican vs Democrat , nor was it Liberal vs Conservative. This is good vs evil. She boldly declared the truth. As Catholics, we are REQUIRED to defend innocent life.
