Artifact V4

anti gravity was proven by Stan Deyo, suppressed by the CIA deep state. Even today he wont talk about his tech, let alone build or experiment in the public eye.
Zero point energy has been proven as well. All I needed was to find a way to combine these.
In lieu of a carrier wave, a bias of voltage through spark gap in this lens shaped array of coils, will form a continuous pump z wave among all the coils.
Deyo lift: estimated over 60lbs with 10 coil pairs @ 20kv dc pulsing.
Grebennikov lift: 200lbs (tested) using up to 2 square feet of area having paper thin bug wings as the only zpe device).
Artifact lift: estimated over 800lbs. Why? The static field produced from bug wings would never compare, as the real field is relative to energy of electrons ejected from the apex of the cone (in that case, the cones could only be seen under electron microscope). Together, his array projected a combined force that became tanjental in potential. There is no way to calculate that relative force with much accuracy, but with Deyo's array there is. Even if his array gave a mere 60lbs of lift with 30 coils at 20kv, this would produce at least 144lbs of lift at 20kv, and 288@40kv minimum. I have estimated, however, that if neutral ions are split here, through this ferrous bell shape, the compression waves made into it's apex even at 10kv should increase the potential of the surrounding flatwire capacitors, even the potential of capacitive resistance among all the coils and from those to the bell apex. This resulting charge increase gives negative ion bias to the top part of the bell, positive at the base, thereby polarizing this bell shape with superconductive level heavy ions about the same mass as gold, in a much thicker layer than was possible with Deyo's or Grebennikov's system.
Someday I hope to use the field it produces to grow graphene and other materials used to make superior capacitors for much more lift efficiency.
