"No way or reason for not really set in stone," Steven Bertolino said in an assertion to NBC News.

Human remaining parts were found in Florida's Carlton Reserve on Wednesday after over a month of looking for Laundrie, who was an individual of interest in the vanishing of his life partner, Gabby Petito, before her body was found in Wyoming. The remaining parts, portrayed as "skeletal" by the North Port Police Department, were affirmed to be Laundrie's after a survey of dental records, authorities said Thursday.

As per the FBI, the remaining parts were found close by close to home things, like a knapsack and a note pad, having a place with Laundrie.

Petito's body was found Sept. 19 at the Spread Creek Dispersed Camping Area in Bridger-Teton National Forest in Wyoming. Petito had been dead for something like three weeks and her demise was managed a manslaughter by "manual strangulation," the coroner said.

Laundrie had been absent since mid September when his folks said he went climbing in the Carlton Reserve and stayed away forever. The 25,000-section of land untamed life asylum was shut for broad pursuits of the space and just returned the week before.

A capture warrant was given for Laundrie after specialists said he utilized Petito's charge card without authorization. He was an individual of interest for the situation and was not accused of Petito's passing.
