Wolf Spider with babies

Ever seen those sparkles on the road at night? Or what looks like glitter in the grass when you hold your flashlight just right? Those tiny specks of light shining back at you, are the reflective eyes of the Wolf Spider. This photo shows a Mama with about 200 babies on her back.

Go outside, hold the flashlight right under your eye, so the light shines in your direct line of sight and watch the ground light up with thousands of little eyes glaring back at you!
