Viennese coffee is easy.
I am showing a step-by-step recipe for making this coffee drink at home. The peculiarity of the preparation is the use of whipped cream. In terms of taste and aesthetic qualities, it turned out no worse than in the nearest cafe.
Everything is very simple.
We only need
- espresso coffee
-cream 33%
-powdered sugar
- grated chocolate
- a little cinnamon for a subtle aroma
It is recommended to serve the Viennese cappuccino with a dessert spoon. And sugar can be added to your taste.
