Calling about senate bill 2843 the no taxation without congressional consent

I discovered a bill that was introduced in the senate, bill 2843, the No Taxation Without Congressional Consent Act. It will prohibit the federal government from imposing a fine, fee, or tax on individuals or businesses for violating vaccine mandates issued by OSHA or other agencies. I also taste test some whiskey as a reward for calling ;)
