October 12, 2021 BOS ARPA Agenda: Pay Close Attention Butte County!!!

As the saying goes in political governing agendas, “never let a crisis go to waste”. The government creates a problem so they can provide the “solution”, as the “villainous heros” they are. ARPA stands for “American Rescue Plan Act”, and you need to pay close attention how and on what this board deliberates where to allocate millions of dollars of state and federal Covid relief money paid for with your tax dollars, so they can get another round of funding. Why did the 300+ businesses who had to fold during the arbitrary, non-sensical and ineffective lockdowns not get more of this? We sent a FOIA/public records request to the board specifically asking which businesses got any of the relief funds, how much they got, how they had to go about applying for it and receiving it, and whether or not it was a loan they had to pay back, etc. The board still has not provided that information. That is in direct violation of the Brown act and other laws. Many are concerned about the board's emphasis on developing a land project with these funds, in light of the recent shift from "suggested guidance" to enforced public health order to self quarantine and isolate if an individual tests positive with the now debunked and fraudulent PCR testing protocol. This is because many people are well aware of what’s happening in different parts of the world, like Canada and Australia, where there are involuntary Covid detention facilities, based all on a fraudulent PCR test, which the citizens are forced to pay for when they are involuntarily detained!!!!
