Healthiest Mango Jam

This video describes the ingredients and methods for making a vegan, gluten free and a super healthy, and delicious Mango Jam using Sugarcane Juice.

Ingredients:
1. 750 grams ripe Mangoes of your choice
2. 250 grams of fresh Sugarcane Juice
3. 1 pinch of Salt
4. 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice

Servings: 20

Preparation:
1. Slice Mangoes into cubes as shown and take the pulp of the seed as well.
2. Add Mango pulp to a pan on Medium heat.
2. Add Sugarcane juice, pinch of salt and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
3. Stir frequently for 35-45 minutes until spluttering and breakdown of the mango pulp.
4. Check for consistency on a plate, if sticks, and not runny your Jam is ready.
5. Sterilize Mason Jar in boiling water, let the steam out of the jar and pour the jam.
6. Seal and Enjoy for 6 months in a refrigerator. Bon Appetit!!
