Vegan Peanut Butter Coconut Flour Cookies

Made with 3 simple ingredients, these peanut butter coconut flour cookies are an easy to make vegan treat.

Ingredients
1 cup of coconut flour
2 tbsps of peanut butter
3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Add coconut flour, peanut butter, and almond milk to a bowl. Mix well.

3. To form cookies, portion 1 tbsp of dough onto a baking sheet. Dough should yield approximately 6 cookies.

4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cookies have browned.

5. Remove from oven and let cool. Serve and enjoy!
