Training Vlog: Hill repeats on the MTB (Ashtabula train wreck Bridge)

Gotta love the beginning where I have that "old man" sweat drop undr my nose (ewwwwwwwwww). Anyway here is a Hill Repeat day on the '00 GT XCR4000 iDrive outfitted with XTR Rapid Rise and Mani R7 fork and Stam Disc brakes. I'm pretty seriously out of shape so 3 hill repeats was just fine for me. I'm a far cry from the Ironman and marathoner I used to be..... sigh......
