This presentation provides an overview of the multiple lines of evidence, and the primary investigations and reports, that were reviewed by the China Tribunal.

Aimed to inform those who are new to the issue of forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience in China, and to assist participants so they understand the main lines of evidence and can explain them to others in their advocacy.

ABOUT PROFESSOR WENDY ROGERS
Wendy Rogers is Professor of Clinical Ethics at Macquarie University, Australia and Chair of ETAC’s international Advisory Committee.

Wendy’s work is widely published in international medical and bioethics journals. In 2019, Wendy received the NHMRC Ethics award and was identified as Australia’s leading researcher in the field of bioethics. Her research exposing publication of unethical Chinese transplant research has been internationally recognised, leading to her inclusion in Nature’s list of 10 people who mattered in science in 2019 and Medscape’s 12 best physicians of the year.
