Biden won’t answer a question about removing statues of the Founding Fathers

Joe Biden weighed in on the debate over removing the Thomas Jefferson statue in NYC at his Town Hall hosted by CNN. Biden was asked directly what his stance on this issue is. He said that it is up to the locality to decide what they want to do on that front.
