'I know there's never enough': Acting MPD Chief Norman says officers worked 'extremely hard' to find Major Harris

In comments made Friday, Acting MPD Chief Jeffrey Norman acknowledged that some have criticized his department's response to the search for 3-year-old Major Harris, who was found dead Thursday. Norman also defended his officers, saying they worked "extremely hard around the clock" to provide closure for Major's family.
