Monroe County, NY class action lawsuit needed to reopen roads

I-390 (Rochester) has become almost impossible to drive with no end in sight, and the other roads have become a nightmare as well. It is time for class action lawsuits to clean this up and force the highway department(s) to fully open the roads.
