Tim Does Customer Service

There are two ways to look at customer service. Some people out there see it as an uninviting job where you listen to people yell at you about their problems. And that outlook is a real shame because the second way to look at it is so much better - Customer Service is the beating heart of any company. The most vital parts of a company's infrastructure are the experiences of the customers. So I was excited this week when I got the chance to do customer service for a few days at the shop. Here's some of what I saw and learned.
