The lower abdominals directly attach into the pubis of the pelvis. The spine and legs attach or rest upon the pelvis. The abdominals help to hold the integrity of the pelvis during exercise, especially the lower abdominals.
The app used was essential anatomy. Make sure to keep the lower back flat as you are swinging your leg. Increase speed for increased difficulty.
