Supermarket Pharmacy Manager Quits in Front of Customers - I've Seen Customers Die - Wake Up Do Not Take It.

I wasn't able to 100% percent verify. I think it may have first come on Youtube from instagram (believe it or not). I don't do a lot of searching on Instagram, so you could try to get more info there. But the Youtube content description is helpful, giving the name spelling of the Safeway pharmacy employee. Here it is:
Safeway supermarket manager Nichole Belland this week used her loud powerful voice in Cortez, Colorado Safeway supermarket to inform customers know that she was quitting so as not to administer “this poison” to people, referring to the COVID-19 shot.

“This is Nichole Belland, pharmacy manager for Safeway store at 1892 of Cortez,” she said. “I quit effective immediately because I will not give this poison to people. Wake up, everybody. This is poison. This is hurting people. I’ve seen it. I’ve seen customers die. Wake up, do not take it.”
