Loudoun County Defends LGBTQ Rape Cover-Up and Points the Finger Back at Dad

As if hearing about the horrifying coverup in Loudoun County, VA wasn't enough, the County is not only DEFENDING its handling of the case but pointing its finger back at Scott Smith, the father of a fifteen-year-old high school girl raped by an LGBTQ student. The LGBTQ student went on to sexually assault another student at another school soon after.
