TRUMP'S SPEECH ON BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT

President Trump gave Historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) that were looking forward to $45 billion in funding. The Black colleges have to ask for funding every year. So Donald Trump gave them 45 billion which would last over 10 years. Thief Joe Biden not only stole the election from Trump but stole 43 Billion from the Historical Black Colleges. He left them with just $2 billion, a result of Democratic infighting, the Associated Press reported.
Believe me if Trump get's back the job Biden stole that money will return back immediately.
