Myanmar min: 'sabotage' adding to economic woes

A minister from Myanmar's military junta said authorities are doing their best to revive an economy hit by unrest and the pandemic. But he said 'sabotage' by foreign opponents are also partly to blame. Lucy Fielder has more.
