中式園林公園，市中心海壩村舊址，佔地1.63公頃，
香港賽馬會贊助興建，第一期於1989年竣工。
義璋陳公祠，建於光緒二年（1876年）。
參天大樹，發達的根部。
地方方便，很多市民都來這裡聯誼，消閒。
Chinese garden park, the former site of Hoi Pa Village in the city center, covering an area of 1.63 hectares.
The Hong Kong Jockey Club sponsored the construction, and the first phase was completed in 1989.
Chan Yi Cheung Ancestral Hall was built in the second year of Guangxu (1876).
Tall trees with well-developed roots.
The place is convenient, many citizens come here to socialize and relax.
