What's Your Name: Dover-Eyota School Elected Servant Attempts Intimidation

In this very short video you will see the lady pictured in the thumbnail (note the irony of her posture and the placement of the flag of our Republic) demand that a private citizen identify herself after the same board member and a member of the school administration fallaciously assert that Minnesota State Statutes do not allow for shooting of videos or publishing of video or images.
Unlike their arbitrary policy or mask-date the law is actually on this private citizens side. What happens here is merely an attempt at intimidation hoping that the citizen will comply with her unlawful demand.
As to identifying oneself to a public servant such as school board member this is laughable and ludicrous. In Minnesota you do not even have to identify yourself to members of law enforcement unless that law enforcement representative can reasonably articulate what crime you are suspected of having committed or are about to commit.
These tactics are simply the efforts of soulless petty tyrants hell-bent on not losing control.
