Last year we had protests, looting, and rioting due to the death of George Floyd. “Black Lives Matter” was emblazoned on flags, banners, basketball courts, and football helmets. Statues of US presidents were torn down. Up instead went statues of Floyd, a long-time criminal. The problem is that even the state prosecutors seeking murder charges for police officer Derek Chauvin acknowledged there was zero evidence the killing had anything to do with race.
