Battle Steel III+ Special Threat Plate - TESTED

I wanted to test the Battle Steel (Botach) III+ Special Threat plate. Level three plates are much lighter and thinner than most level IV plates but will not stop m855 green tip 5.56 rounds. The Special Threat plates do. But I wanted to make sure.
