All Creatures of Our God and King

In the years 1225 St. Francis of Assisi wrote a poem named, The Canticle of the Sun, also known as Laudes Creaturarum (Praise of the Creatures).

It is an affirmation of Francis' personal theology as he often referred to animals as brothers and sisters to Mankind.

Later, William Henry Draper and english Christian musician made a hymn about it called it:
