Teriyaki Chicken Pineapple Bowls on the Blackstone Griddle | Griddle Food Network

09/04/2021: On this episode of the Griddle Food Network we prepare tasty teriyaki chicken pineapple bowls on the Blackstone Griddle. Another great Griddle Food Network recipe.

- 1 Pineapple
- 2 Bags of Rice (pre-cook rice to remove starch)
- 2 Chicken Breasts chopped
- Fresh Broccoli
- Fresh Carrots
- 2 Cups of Lawry's Teriyaki Marinade

Veggies & Rice
-Steam the vegetables prior to placing on the griddle. Place on a tray and let cool to room temperature. When it comes to the rice, I choose to boil the rice ahead of time to remove the starch and then place on a tray and let cool to room temperature. If your prepping the day before, place in the fridge after rice and veggies have cooled down.

Marinade Chicken
Place chopped chicken into a ziplock bag and add 2 cups of Lawry's teriyaki marinade in the bag over the chicken. Let the chicken sit for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
