Why I will lead a trend to REMOVE SMARTPHONES from our lives!!

Once again The Amazing Polly has done all the hard leg work for us on this one!! I have always resented the invention and evolution of the 'Smart Phone' knowing full well that its lasting effects on Humanity would NOT be Positive! Surely anyone with a brain knows how negative the entire realm of the Cell Phone has become from humans dependence on them, the physical, mental and emotional effects it causes not to mention the massive outright addiction to these devices that has overcome the planet!?? And have you ever asked yourself WHY??
I for one have always been resistant to these invasive tracking devices from the very first time I had one installed in our Company vehicles back in the early 90's and knowing full well that the technology was definitely not going to STOP there! Had it been the case that cell phones were bound to your vehicles and not become an extension of your entire existence, perhaps I would have viewed them differently!
But that never happened and the novelty wore off very quickly and was replaced with the thought and concern of the vastly negative effects they have had on our society, especially in indoctrinating our children and taking away a parents ability to monitor and safeguard our children's growth and nurturing.
However this soapbox session could go on for pages so I will divert your attention over to Polly who once again does a fabulous job of summing up the evolution and invasiveness of these big tech spying devices and why we should OMIT them from our lives. My cell phone will be history in the coming days and I have already begun the removal of it from my life by keeping it turned off or just not bringing it with me everywhere I go so that the transition back to NORMALITY goes smoothly. The liberation has been welcome and will be outstanding once its completely GONE from my life!! The only BS that will interrupt enjoying life and the amazing outdoors from now on is Beer and Sunshine!!
I encourage all to do the same. You are all slaves to these devices until you are NOT!
