Cute & Affordable Mermaid Costume DIY (Dollar Tree Supplies)

My friend invited a small group of ladies over to her house for a Karaoke night and to dress up as our favorite character. So, I wanted to make my own costume since it's a lot more fun to do a DIY costume and it often costs less than buying one. I will show you how I made a seashell top and mermaid tail apron for this costume. I bought the items (that I didn't have at my house) from the Dollar Tree and spent a total of $5.
