Passenger Side Major Rust Repairs Project F-250 [Part 14]

In today's episode we're performing passenger side major rust repairs. We're finally able to start tackling the rust issues we've been working towards for weeks now, and since the passenger side is a little less damaged than the driver's side, we're going to start there. We'll be cutting out all the old rusty metal on this side of the truck, cleaning, prepping, welding in new support structure, then welding in the new-to-us cab corner that we cut off the F-150 Parts truck we had a few episode's back. We're not sure how badly damaged the structure underneath the rusty skin is, so let's find out together!
