A New Solution to Revoke Section 230?

I sat down with Jason Fyk who is going to sue the US government over Section 230’s constitutionality under the 5th amendment’s due process clause. Please SHARE!

Jason Fyk built an audience in excess of 38 million followers on Facebook, only to have them unlawfully deleted by the platform.  In 2018, Jason sued Facebook for anticompetitive misconduct. He took his case all the way to the Supreme Court but the Supreme Court declined to take up his case. Jason has since filed a motion to vacate his original judgement because a later decision proved that anticompetitive misconduct is NOT in fact, immune from liability. He is still awaiting that decision. In an effort to put an end to unlawful social media censorship, Jason founded the Social Media Freedom Foundation non-profit, (socialmediafreedom.org) which will soon be filing a Section 230, 5th Amendment Constitutional Challenge against the United States of America on behalf of all Americans.
