Bills aim to improve birth outcomes

State legislators introduced a new set of bills Tuesday that aim to bring equity to birth outcomes in Wisconsin. Federal health data shows African Americans are 2.3 times more likely to experience infant mortality than white families. Andrea Albers reports.
