Salmon with Spinach and Rice

Spinach and rice (a.k.a. Spanakorizo) is a staple of Greek cuisine. Add a little garlic and onion, drizzle a little Olive oil and lemon juice and top it off with feta cheese and you have a fabulous treat! Supplement that with your favorite source of protein, in my case Salmon and Voila! You have just created a wonderfully healthy and most nutritious meal! Yeah Baby!
My model assistants helped me prepare this dish with much aplomb. This meal is fairly simple to make. An entire batch should last you a few days.
High in Protein and lite dairy, rich in Poly-phyto nutrients and healthy fats while low on Carbs; also Gluten free, this is yet another classic example of how easy it is to make a deliberate, conscious choice when it comes to eating food.
Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids and of course, exercise as well as get your eight hours of beauty sleep. Stress IS a killer....
