Try these squat variations to challenge your core stability.

Choose wisely on weight and squat variation.

Barbell sit to stand is a great exercise to start. Keep rub cage lifted and don’t allow your lower back to arch.

Sit to stand with knee drive will intensify the challenge to stabilize the core and balance through your hip and leg.

Pressing the bar overhead increases the difficulty even more.
