Don’t you just love binge eating delicious food? Some of us really just love to live to eat, I sure know I do lol. That's why on this channel you're gonna find the best recipes of all sorts you can eat. You're gonna see recipes that are gluten free, others you can just eat to make a balanced diet. Due to the fact that some of the recipes that we will introduce to you will have a lot of nutrition in them which would be a perfect start for anyone wondering how to start eating healthy at any point in their life, even today. Personally, I like to take a mindful eating approach when it comes to what i eat. This way i find myself being able to enjoy what i eat in a week because I mix between healthy meals and regular meals so that way I don’t dread having to commit to eating a particular way. Which in a way that’s intuitive eating since I’m mostly eating what feels right to me than following a diet of some sort. We will also be providing you with cooking tips to help you with things like your meal planning, since we know it can be time consuming at times. It can even be expensive at times which is why we also have cooking tips to help you do meal planning on a budget. So the next time you go on a grocery haul you don’t have to break the bank food shopping. This way you no longer have to wonder whats for dinner since you were able to buy enough ingredients to make all the food you want. For instance, you would then be able to meal prep breakfast for yourself or loved ones. Also don’t be afraid to cook, everyone cooks at some point or another, even fit men cook to keep staying fit since it is just as important what you put into your body as it is working out. And for some food for thought for anyone who thinks they may not be a great cook “no one is born a great cook one learns by doing”.
