The Hunger Meows - 3 years later

Since Merlin was the most adorable little Ragdoll kitten, he was always driven by this great Hunger. He was never feeling full after a meal. We tried so many different brands (also the most expensive ones from the vet). He was still feeling hungry all day. It was more like he was actually suffering. In fact, since kitten he did suffer from constant diarrhea (1-4 times a day) and vomiting. After 1 year and lo-ooots of failed Vet visits, we finally decided to BARF-feed him (biologically appropriate raw food). So, after only two days his diarrhea and vomiting mysteriously disappeared. His belly pain stopped completely and he was suddenly more active and playful. And the best part: Finally, he felt satisfied and full after a good real raw meal. The before and after was amazing, ALTOUGH his little sister Nerina had no problems at all with the industrial food, she's still extremely robust. But for sensitive Merlin, is saved his health (same story with his two little brothers but the problem was fixed quickly as we immediately changed to BARF as soon as we got them.) So, after that, Merlins Hunger Meows started to vanish day by day... BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN HE DOESN'T LOVE TO EAT ANYMORE! He still enjoys it very much, so much that one day he started to split his rations by himself, so he could eat 4 times instead of just one. Even if it's time-consuming and sometimes even exhausting to be his Dinner Butler; it's so worth it. Cat happy, human happy! 😊
