It is so much fun cooking on the Steelmade USA cooktop griddle that I had to make a video. I have another one coming soon.

In this video, which I made when I was fairly new to using the cooktop, I'm making a teriyaki chicken with fried rice and mixed veggies.

I did experience one problem with the rice but that wasn't a problem with the griddle, it was because I didn't let the rice completely cool before using it. To make fried rice, you need to cook it in advance and COMPLETELY let it cool before using. I'd recommend at least 24 hours.

Since this video was made, I believe I've mastered the fried rice and the secret to great tasting fried rice...it's butter. I'll try to make a new video the next time I make some. Until then, enjoy the video and please give it a Rumble and help support us by visiting the links below.

NOTE: While I infused the chicken with a marinate, you don't have to. The marinade was simply teriyaki sauce and garlic powder. I primarily wanted to test a method of quickly marinating with a vacuum sealer. BTW - it worked.
