This episode examines Gerald Lee Walker's investigation into the assets being moved by leaders of the "Message" cult, most frequently in the form of real estate. It examines the unusual ownership of real estate by specific leaders in the Branham Tabernacle, and the even more unusual transfer of property by "trustees". It examines the types of people moving the real estate, and their alleged involvement with racketeering and organized crime.

Next it focuses upon Gerald Lee Walker's surprising investigation into Pearry Green as he searched through properties. As it turned out, Pearry Green had several civil and criminal lawsuits ranging from theft to organized crime. Some of the suits were settled while others resulted in criminal conviction. During the last years of his life, Pearry Green wore an ankle bracelet for theft of government property. Yet with the millions of dollars passing through his business entities, for some reason, Green chose not to hire an attorney and chose the public defender. Then, almost magically, Green's sentence was minimal, fine was negligible, and was basically given a "slap on the wrist." Did Pearry Green turn State's evidence against other cult leaders?
