Indonesian food (Made by me)

DENDENG BALADO (Spicy beef jerky) is a traditional Indonesian meat dish originating from West Sumatra.

The dish is made with a combination of beef sliced that’s fried until crispy and a spicy chili.

The Balado Sambal consists of chili peppers, shallots, salt, water.
All mashed into a rough paste then fried sambal with cooking oil , add some lime leaves and vinegar / lime juice.

Serve it accompanied by white rice on the side
