Re-Adapting to China. Old lessons are brought back to mind when dropped in the water to sink or swim.
When I go into a restaurant in China that has no English and no photos, I have to ask the server to tell me about the dishes if I want to explore the menu, but most of the time I ask about specific foods I'm in the mood for.
