When Joe Biden visited Capitol Hill on October 1 in order to desperately save his big spending bills, all the attention was focused on his utter failure to do so. However, what was overlooked is that while Biden racked up yet another failure he also failed to follow safety protocols by constantly making hand contact with members of Congress.
