The book (and subsequent movie) Minority Report was based in the year 2054. In this fictional, dystopian future law enforcement could predict crime and behavior before if happened with advanced technology. 2054 is 2021 because the future is now! Law enforcement and corporations now have technology to predict and monitor behavior of people by using a program named ShadowDragon.
